Best and Worst Airports Overview
Over a week ago I put some polls on the site and your votes have been trickling in. In my poll for the worst airports I asked “If you could hack into flight reservations and change the flights of a person you REALLY dislike, which airport would you strand them at for 24 hours?”
So far, Delhi airport is leading unpopular vote with 32% of your votes. SPEECH!!! SPEECH!!!
Moscow Sheremetyevo and Paris Charles de Gaulle are tied at 21%.
Before I disabled the “other” option, we had some write-ins for places like Pyongyang and small runways in Russia. You clowns! :-))
In the best category. Here is the rundown of what is happening in the nice airports:
ASIA - a tight race between Singapore and Hong Kong. Yawn.
AFRICA - Johannesburg seems to be winning a close race with Addis Ababa, Cape Town and Casablanca
MIDDLE EAST - Dubai is well ahead of runner-up Tel Aviv
NORTH AMERICA - San Francisco and Orlando are battling it out for title of best airport in North America
EUROPE - Amsterdam is leading this one with Athens closing in.
LATIN AMERICA - A 4 way tie between Buenos Aires Ezeiza, Buenos Aires Aeroparque, Lima and Santiago
